COVID 19 Measures

To keep customers and associates safe,  the following are being practiced:

• Face coverings are required to enter the stores.
• Social Distancing
• Constantly cleaning surfaces
• Hand sanitizers available for you to use
• Follow safety guidelines
• Associates have been trained to monitor their health and their supervisors perform a health check-up when they arrive.

Curbside Pick up

In select markets, they deliver contactless curbside pick-ups. Walnut Creek has also increasingly incorporated parking in its core to promote the growth in retail. You can now purchase your favorite styles online and when open, you can carry your order to your chosen LOFT shop and an associate. Here’s how it works:

1. Place your order online and select “Pick up at store”. 
2. When your order is ready, you’ll receive a “ready to pick up” confirmation email with instructions. 
3. Call them when you arrive, and their Associate will place your order inside your trunk. Be sure to bring your “ready to pick up” confirmation email.
