Parking

• Guest parking on Broadway Plaza is available on the Nordstrom and Macy’s sites 7 days a week at the Main Street Parking Garage and at the South Broadway Parking Garages.
• Valet parking on Broadway Plaza Street, Saturday and Sunday, is available at $12. SMS Valet is now open, the first ticketless solution. To use, check in to receive your welcome text at our valet and then skip the line to ask for your car via text. When you get to the valet stand, your car will be ready for you.
• In front of their store on Main Street, Neiman Marcus has its own valet 7 days a week.

Broadway Plaza controls parking so that when people shop at Broadway Plaza their customers have the best parking. Broadway Plaza parking is maintained for customers of Broadway Plaza.

COVID 19 Measures

• You should follow the suggested six meter rule of the CDC, take care of space on escalators and elevators between you and other guests, and avoid queuing in front of busy shops. In order to help with social distance, they placed signs in their establishment.
• Each center entrance is open. To assist with social distance, using our doors marked with a green arrow to enter and red arrows to exit.
• If a shop looks busy, you should return later to avoid crowds and queues that could interrupt social distancing. They appreciate your patience when they begin operations again. They have encouraged our retailers to use digital capacity management queuing solutions.
• With some distributors and restaurants, Curbside Pickup is available. To find out exact times, delivery location, quality of the merchandise, payment options and place an order, contact the shop directly.
• Face masks are required. Except people with underlying health problems, hearing impaired or those of 2 years of age and younger.
